The Association is open to qualified Youth Workers or who are in the middle of Youth Work studies as well as those without formal qualifications but with extensive youth work experience. The organisation is run by the Board of Management which is elected by its members in every three years at the Annual General Meeting.

We are open to international collaboration as well as to having Erasmus students doing both short and long-term placements with us.
